Learning to communicate clearly and assertively can help you meet your needs and gain support from your family and friends for your well-being.
Our time together can be alone, with your partner or with your children. We can set up systems to ease the home environment and allow for more healthful lifestyle choices.
We will design plans of action to meet your desired goals of household time, stress and energy management; fitness; nutrition; weight; social/love life; inner peace and service to others. You can focus on physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, relational and productivity/creativity or financial levels.
We will interrupt the old cycles and establish new routines, habits, attitudes and positive self-talk.
As you increase your success and enhance your self-confidence, you are motivated to take better care of yourself.
You can use this coaching time to:
- replenish and refresh your energy
- renew your commitments
- clarify your priorities
- empower healthy choices
- build successful relationships
- be accountable for your actions
I am happy to meet with you in person, on the phone and through e-mail. Half-day and full-day "retreats" can be customized, as well.
Fees are negotiated according to monthly frequency or retreat time.
